I saw this the other day and totally crapped my pants. Apparently the photographers told her what was going on and she did the press conference anyway. Way to go!

Oh my gosh! What on earth is that guy doing to the turkey? Why did he shove its head in that thing? Seriously, I have never seen something like that before and I am mortified!!!!
Sorry...I did have to laugh at this. Poor Sarah...people will get upset, but its reality and if we eat turkey...they don't just chop their own heads off and pluck their own feathers....someone has to do it.

Actually Palin did NOT know this was going on right behind her and in view. I blame the media for it.
Sarah Palin always gets people talkin'! I love it. And, yes, I eat turkey. And I totally understand how they must die (I married a hunter, remember?). But I don't want to be watching a "political" interview while turkeys are getting their throats sliced in the background. Blame the media all you want, but the Governor has some responsibility in this.
My question is: How would one NOT know this was going on behind them? Lol.
